Our law firm’s experienced staff is active not only in practical advocacy, but also in the legal scientific community. Several of our staff also occupy part time teaching positions at universities and author monographies and articles in their areas of expertise.

Tomas focuses on corporate law, tax law, real estate law. His field of expertise is also litigation, in particular in contentious cases both in civil courts, as well as in administrative courts (judicial review of tax authorities in particular). In his free time, Tomas enjoys to give university lectures in international law. He is a part time assistant professor of public international law at the University of West Bohemia, where apart from a genaral course on international law, he also teaches a specialized course upon international investment law. He also regularly publishes legal articles and monographies. As Tomas spent several years of his studies abroad, he speaks fluently English, German, and Portuguese and has got also a good working knowledge of Russian, Spanish, and Slovak. Tomas has been appointed expert witness by the Czech Ministry of Justice in the field of foreign law with licenses to provide expertise upon the content of German Law and Slovak law as foreign law. Tomas also serves as arbitrator and holds a license as mediator.


Eliska Fischerova, Ph.D., attorney-at-law

Eliska predominantly specializes upon civil and also administrative law, including litigation against public authorities (predominantly in the field of judicial review in tax disputes and zoning law disputes). She also focuses on legal conuselling our corporate clientele in the field of labour law. Eliska holds a Ph.D. in civil law and keeps on being active in writing and upon legal conferences. Apart from Czech, Eliska also speaks English and French.


Hana Kozakova, attorney-at-law

Hana specializes in particular in medical law. Beyond this discipline, she has got extensive experience in various areas of civil law, labour law, company law, and real-estate law. She also manages the collection department of our law firm and represents in this context in litigations and arbitrations. Hana speaks Czech and German.


Ido Mashinsky, attorney-at-law

Ido specializes in international corporate law, commercial law, high-tech and start-up, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation and financial regulations. Ido has previously established a number of start-up companies, mainly in the FINTECH field, and most of them were sold at a 100% exit. In addition, Ido specializes in providing legal business consulting service and financial solutions to international companies. He was raised in Israel, educated in the Czech Republic and England. Ido thus speaks fluent Hebrew and English and a professional level of Czech.


Monika Stysova, attorney-at-law

Monika specializes upon M&As, real-estate law, and pharmaceutical law. Prior to joining our team, she has worked as team lead at Rödl & Partner, advokáti, v.o.s., having focused upon German-speaking clientele. Subsequently she worked for BENU Česká republika a.s., a chain of pharmacies, where she headed the acquisition team and represented the company in negotiations with sellers, developers, and landlords. She is fluent in German.

Magdalena focuses upon medital law, family law, real-estate law and criminal law. In her legal practice she utilizes theoretical knowledge gained at universities in the Czech Republic and in the United Kingdom, along with the corresponding languages she speaks, namely Czech and English.


Miroslava Vranova, junior lawyer

Miroslava focus in our law firm upon the issues of public procurement, company law, software/IT law, real-estate law, as well as upon general civil law (law of contracts). Miroslava is also a skilled litigator. She speaks Czech, English, and German.
